Bishop Dr. Way is a dynamic speaker, coach, and trainer. With 30 years of leadership experience, Bishop Way shepherds FAME Church with the love of Christ. He uses his professional skills in customer service, teambuilding, and communications in furthering the Gospel. Bishop Way leads a strong men's ministry, Men Anointed for Excellence. He coaches men through marriage, fatherhood, and life.

Pastor Tee Way is a multitalented, Proverbs 31 woman. She inspires, uplifts, and encourages others to seek their God given purpose. She is the founder of Wife 4 Life Ministries, a ministry not only dedicated to uplifting wives, but women everywhere. She also leads the woman's ministry, Women of Royal Destiny.
